Hotel H2O`s ecospa

Today, I flew to Manila.

I got invited by Hotel H2O`s new Zenyu Ecospa, and they were nice enough to let me bring Kwon along! The spa is located at the third floor of Hotel H2O, a new establishment owned and operared by Manila Ocean Park. Kwon and I were really impressed by the cleanliness and decor of the hotel. We entered the third floor and we welcomed by a set of suede sofas, mosaic walls, and pillars with metal H2O`s all over it. We`re not experts, but we thought the interior aesthetic was very easy, despite it`s heavy design elements.

Deeper into the floor was the reception area for the spa, where we were met and greeted with enthusiasm (excellent service!). The receptionist gave us a quik tour, and explained the new concept they were bringing into the Philippines. It`s called the negative ion, and they have tons of technical stuff to prove that it works. Some kind of oil was placed on your fingers, and when put under the microscope, we saw a slow moving flow of blood. We were told that after the ''hot bed experience,'' the flow would dramatically change (and it did!) I`m not and easy believer, but science doesn`t lie!

The concept of the HOT BED:
''Science has made us aware of the healing power of nature. The energy we get from nature is repricated by deoxidizers emitting negative ions. Neative ions are invisible molecules we inhale in certain environments like mountains, beaches and waterfalls.

Descover how these electrical charges in the air can remarkably imrove overall health and wellness. Indulge over tons of negative ions using the hot bed theraphy, a speciall technology from the ecoparadise chain of Japan.''

''The hot bed is said to rejuvenate, relax, improve blood circulation, strengthen the immune system, improve metabolism and blood pressure, reduce cholestrol and body toxins, relieve allergies, colds and constipation.''

We were also shown a bunch of things that have the negative ion technology in them. It was really quirky and kind of strange to be seeing inspoiled food after months of storage, but it proved their point.

After the tour, Kwon and I got to try out the Hot Bed ourselves for around 30 minutes. I was terrified because I still had a bunch of appointments for the rest of a day. I was worried that I wouldn`t look presentable after spending time sweating like hell in a hot bed dry sauna. But, it was too late to turn back now. We went to a room dressed in our scrubs, and sweated those 30 minutes away.

Surprisingly, we came out of it feeling fresh and odor free! Our bodies weren`t even sticky nor our breaths heavy. I`d have to say, I was impressed!

After cooling down, we both got treated to a nice and relaxing swedish massage. Just the perfect to cap a very delightful experiance.

Thank you Hotel H2O!

Hotel H2O is located at Luneta Manila 1000 Philippines, beside Manila Ocean park.

Alexandria

I can not be any more exhausted. I have huge amounts of hormonal imbalance, witch I blame solely on PMS. Side effects as follows:I had rehearsal this morning for 2 hours, and I felt like my legs were gonna fall off. I keep eating. I keep wanting to eat. I keep feeling gross and pudgy no matter what I decide to wear. I feel tired all the time. I want to shower all the time. I want to sleep all the time. Such fun being a girl, isn´t it? :/

Theres this event I have to go to toninght, but it`s still mid-day and I`m feeling sleepy already. I`m really not cut out for this kind of thing. I`m such a granny.

Also, I`m planning to study again! At SOFA this coming January, and maybe Central St Martins of FIT after that! I`ve been putting it off, but I`ve decided to finally go for it. So much missed opportunities have gone by because of my travels and I think enough is enough! Im gonna check it out on my trip to Manila next week. Hopefully things fall into place.

Lastly, thanks to:

Lanphear

Thanks to Michael Antonio for the awesome shoes!

In attempts to come up whit one more outfit, my bestfriend and I threw on some random pieces of clothing on top of what I wore to the shoot. Hannah gave me her cute leather jacket and voila! We have our very own Kate Lanphear inspired look!

Also, black cloths goes a long way. A peace of black chiffon was used in the photo above and the effect is really something else! We took inspiration from this photo and transformed a former blue and white speedo shop into a black draped one for WAGW. Check out our temporary store at Limketkai CDO (beside Jolibee across Levi`s!)

Random side note:
Its hard to get desent internet here, so I`ll make this quick.

I went to Bukidnon today and stole a tiny pinapple from a farm. I`m a pinapple thief! How incredibly exhilarating. But dont worry, it was the smallest one among hectares of pinapples!

A little bit of love

Hi guys!

Kwon is still in the hospital so please please keep your prayers coming. <3

A repost from the super hilarious and talented Marky C:

Just because you might need some prettines in your life today, here`s two photos from the shoot I had whit Kwon and Kryz! Its a ''Just Us!'' shoot that I`ve been meaning to do for months now. I`ve noticed that only the engaged couples have shots of them takeing together. Why can`t couples who aren`t getting merried anytime soon have their photos taken too!? Why not right???

Here`s a little simple of what we shot in the morning. Kwon and Kryz are the cutest! And once again, this is not an engagement shoot! hehe

There`s more where that came from! Will post more of their photos soon! Super thanks Kwon and Kryz!

Randomly, there really should be no room for squares

So we drove...

and arrived...(do you consider this packing light?)

at this little paradise (our family`s usual getaway.)

Of course, we had to get some good food. (It almost killed me to take these shots of dead animals. Better not to think about it.)

And when you`re whit my family, good beer is a necessity.

Packing light was easy whit Dashe Cosmetic`s 7 Brush Set. It arrived just when we were scheduled to go, and easily fit right into mu bag! How convenient! I especially loved the coral colored handles, witch slightly peek through the case like hints of suprise. <3

P.s.
The package STEPHIE sent me from Singapore finally arrived. Will share whit you guys soon!!!!!! Thank you STEPHIE! <3

P.p.s.
Thank you Martin Romero for teaching me how to use the beer bottle against a flash and getting this awesome effect! Yay for resourcefulness and  a point and soon Lumix!

P.p.p.s.
So many things coming up for me. My bran is on overdrive and I`m sooooo confused on whether I should be exited or scared! And no, I`m not going to London or New York.

P.p.p.p.s.
Dont forget to check my new updates on SHOP lightsilk!

St. Sulpice

Thank you Hannah Bacalla for these amazing pictures!!
I think we got the look we were going for.

Thanks to my mom for saving up this to-die-for skirt, witch was successfully reinvented to play a vital role in this outfit.

Thanks to Michael Antonio for the awesome awesome shoes, as usual!
and No thanks to the mean sales girls at Metro Gaisano, while I was purchasing my black chiffon cloth. :(

Heres a bts photo of me and my best friend, who`s totally totally awesome for helping me out on this shoot! Extra pat on the back for masking tape wonders and ''pasuk pasuk'' witch helped a lot!

P.s.
Kwon is sick. :(
He has dengue and is currently at the hospital. Please please pray for him!

P.p.s.
Thanks to Jariss for this lovely feature!

A little bit

I miss siwPod, my iPod. :(

I was careless enough to leave her in the bathrobe I was using while getting a message. After the treatment, I was so relaxed and sleepy, I totally forgot all about her and tossed the bathrobe into the laundry pile. The moment I realized that she was missing, she was swimming in the wash whit all the other clothes. The worst past is that siwPod was a gift from Kwon. :(

Oh well. No music for now, as self-deprivation and self-punishment.

On the bright side, I`m exited to be waiting for my new Blackberry! I needed a phone replacement ASAP since my one year old nephew, Gavin, Successfully destroyed my current one. It`s a slide phone, and whenever the slide goes up or down, the phone restarts. It also calls people on whim and lights up when it feels dark. Strange.

Technology doesn`t like me very much.
